Studio Guide

Your studio is yours to make your own. A few things that keep the peace for everyone:

• Keep common areas — hallways, restrooms, the loading dock — clean and clear.

• Loud work (power tools, loud music) is welcome between 9am and 7pm.

• No combustible materials stored in studios. Solvents must be in approved containers.

• Guests are welcome during open studio hours. After-hours guests require advance notice.

• Studios must be reasonably accessible during open hours if your work is on display in the store.

The following shared spaces are available to all tenants:

• Photography bay — Available by reservation. Includes backdrop, continuous lighting, and a calibrated monitor. Reserve via the form below.

• Loading dock — For large deliveries and artwork transport. Please leave clear for active use.

• Common lounge — Open for breaks, client meetings, or just getting out of your studio.

• Print station — Inkjet printer for proofing and small prints. Bring your own paper or purchase from the front desk.

You're encouraged to make your studio welcoming and visible to visitors. A few guidelines:

• Door signage should include your name and medium. Templates available in the Resources section.

• Hallway display cases are first-come, first-served — rotate every 60 days.

• No signage may be mounted to building exterior without approval.

• Price tags should follow the standard RAD format for consistency across the building.
