The RAD store runs on Shopify with PuppetVendors handling the multi-artist structure. Each artist has their own vendor profile. When a sale is made, the commission split happens automatically and payouts are processed monthly.

Print-on-demand products are fulfilled through Gelato. You never touch inventory — Gelato prints and ships directly to the customer. Your job is to provide great files.

To list an original piece in the store:

• Photograph the work using the RAD photography bay or per the photography standards guide.

• Submit the listing form below with title, medium, dimensions, price, and your product photos.

• Chuck or store staff will review and publish within 3 business days.

• When a piece sells, it must be removed from your studio display and packaged within 48 hours.

POD products are fulfilled through Gelato. File requirements:

• Color profile: GRACoL2006 ICC (convert before uploading — do not submit in sRGB)

• Resolution: 300 DPI minimum at print size

• Format: TIFF or high-quality PDF preferred; JPEG accepted for simple images

• Bleed: follow Gelato's product-specific templates (available in the Resources section)

Product photography makes or breaks a listing. A few non-negotiables:

• Clean, neutral backgrounds — white or off-white preferred for originals.

• Accurate color is required. If you're photographing work for print reproduction, use the photography bay with its calibrated monitor and shoot in RAW.

• Multiple angles for 3D work, textiles, and anything with significant texture.

• No harsh shadows, phone flash, or visible reflections on glazed work.

The photography bay is the easiest way to meet the standard. Booking is free for tenants.

Payouts are processed on the first of each month for the prior month's sales. You'll receive a sales report by email with a breakdown of units sold, gross revenue, and your net payout.
